I Made A Short Film!
Hi hi hi Coming on here to share the short film I just finished editing and uploading! I titled it "Reflections on cutting my hair" and it has been a long time in the making. I initially wrote up the monologue on Feb 9th 2026, then recorded the hair cutting on Feb 22nd, but didn't end up putting the two together until just now. I tweaked the original script and recorded the voice-over on July 6th 2026 and also put it all together that same day. Thank you to Gus who revealed to me the hidden metaphor within my words that even I was not privy to, you genius you. Miles is the second person who heard the monologue and thank you to him as well for listening despite the inescapable sound of the building's alarm going off. Thankfully I am free from the clutches of the [redacted] that played a huge role in this short film. I uploaded it to YouTube and hopefully it works on this blog post.
